If necessary, Telephone Support is available during our regular office hours of MON-FRI 9:00am to 5:00pm PST at 253-848-6938.

During non-business hours, you can also reach a staff member on our Emergency Pager at (253) 925-4326 IF you have one of the following emergencies

1) Your website or e-commerce on your website is not properly functioning

2) You are unable to ping your server IP address.

Our emergency pager service is for emergency technical support as described above. When leaving your callback number, please be sure you include your area code as we are a national ISP.

Please keep in mind that the emergency pager is carried by one of our personnel during their off-hours. We provide this service to you in order to better service all of our customers. Please do not abuse this priviledge.

Technical Support is limited to the basic configuration and settings needed to access your website.
