You are unable to ping your server IP address.

emergency pager service is for emergency technical
support as described above. When leaving your callback
number, please be sure you include your area
code as we are a national ISP.
Please
keep in mind that the emergency pager is carried by
one of our personnel during their off-hours. We provide
this service to you in order to better service all
of our customers. Please do not abuse this priviledge.
Technical
Support is limited to the basic configuration and
settings needed to access your website.
